The tutoring and homeschooling services offer educational assistance to students.  The tutors cannot compel students to cooperate and to complete assigned tasks.  It is assumed that the tutors, the students, and their parents will act in a cooperative manner and that the curriculum or course will be accomplished as required.  The tutoring service assumes no responsibility for less than satisfactory results should students and/or parents refuse to fully participate and complete assigned work in a timely and correct manner.
